Current position

Valo Sign does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. No cookie ever contains your PDF, filename, signature, form values, or export.

Analytics cookies and preference storage

• The local-storage key valo-sign:analytics-consent:v1 remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. It contains only that choice.
• The local-storage key valo-sign:signature-assets:v1 contains a signature or initials you explicitly save for reuse. It stays on this browser until you remove it and is never sent to analytics.
• After consent, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning with _ga to distinguish visits and produce aggregate audience reports.
• Advertising storage, ad personalisation, Google signals, and enhanced measurement are disabled.
• If you withdraw consent, Valo Sign switches analytics off, removes accessible _ga cookies, and reloads without the Google tag.

Offline files are not cookies

The service worker may cache versioned application files, fonts, and PDF-processing workers so the app can work offline after a successful first load. It does not cache your PDF, form values, export, or signature data. A signature you save for reuse is kept separately in local browser storage and is not used to track you across websites.

Strictly necessary technology

A hosting or security provider may use strictly necessary storage to deliver the site, balance traffic, or prevent abuse. Such technology is not used by Valo Sign for behavioural advertising.

Your choice

You can accept, decline, or change analytics at any time through Privacy Settings. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to the core PDF workflow. If advertising technology is introduced later, this notice will be updated before it is activated and separate controls will be provided where required.
