How to Sign a PDF on Your Phone
Valo Sign supports the complete fill-and-sign flow on modern Android phones and iPhones. The page stays scrollable, while selected objects use touch controls only when you move or resize them.
Sign on Android or iPhone
- Open the PDF
Tap Choose PDF and select the document from Files, Downloads, Drive, iCloud Drive, or another location exposed by your phone’s file picker.
- Add your signature
Choose Signature, then draw with a finger or stylus, select a typed style, or upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP signature image.
- Place and check it
Tap the page to place the signature. Resize it proportionally and use the accessible position controls when dragging is inconvenient.
- Export the copy
Review every page, choose the export mode, and download the completed PDF back to your phone.
Mobile signing tips
- Use fit-width view for small text and pinch to inspect details before placing a signature.
- If drawing, rotate the phone to landscape for a wider signature area.
- Keep the browser tab open until the download finishes; refreshing discards the working session.
- For private documents, avoid shared phones and remove downloaded copies you no longer need.
